SHARP NEC Display Solutions reveals new additions to their laser projector installation.
FREMONT, CA: "This is the most compact laser projector with interchangeable lenses in the 7,000+ lumens category," said Richard McPherson, Sr. Product Manager at Sharp NEC Display Solutions of America, Inc. "For example, interchangeable lenses allow the projector to be placed anywhere between 6.7ft and 70ft away for a 120-inch diagonal screen. Also, its laser light source has a minimum lifespan of 20,000 hours, which provides peace of mind and justification as a direct replacement for previous generation lamp-based model. Furthermore, it is very quiet and easy to replace or upgrade from older installs without hassles or high costs. At only 31 decibels, its operating sound would hardly be noticed in the quietest of libraries."
One of the leaders in the projector and display markets, Sharp NEC Display Solutions, reveals the newest additions to its professional installation laser projector.

With the PV series, students can use classrooms or lecture halls in higher education, museums, rental and staging, houses of worship, and corporate conference rooms. Despite its low price point, it provides bright, detailed images with maximum color. A versatile product, the PV series features the smallest form factor in the industry and can be changed to fit a space's needs.
Multi-digital inputs simplify installation, including dual HDMI and HDBaseT (which carry audio, video, and control over a single CAT6 cable to simplify installation). A bayonet lens style is essential for rental and staging applications, and motorized zoom, focus, and lens shift with lens memory provide installation flexibility. With the new projectors, customers can continue using manual lenses such as NP11FL, NP12ZL, NP13ZL, NP4ZL, and NP15ZL from previous generations of NP/PA series projectors. There are 2.0 zoom ratios and 1.42-2.395:1 throw ratios in the PV710UL lens.
