March Networks’ new Innovative cloud-based services help retailers improve customer service and grow their business.
FREMONT, CA: March Networks® has introduced numerous new innovations to its retail solution that leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and cloud technology to assist quick-service restaurants (QSRs) and other merchants reduce theft losses, improve customer experience, and increase profits.
March Networks has launched a new mobile order pick-up solution for retailers and QSRs that sends real-time notifications to operators when customers arrive for curbside pick-up. To recognize vehicles arriving for pick-up, the solution leverages a highly accurate, AI-powered analysis available in March Networks' ME6 Series IP Cameras. Retailers can be notified through email or text message when each vehicle arrives, and they can also record video of each curbside delivery for later inspection and investigation.

When used in conjunction with March Networks' SearchlightTM for Retail software, organizations can additionally collect data analytics on curbside deliveries. QSRs, for example, can track the number of mobile deliveries at various times of the day and on various days in order to assess trends and enhance service speed. In the meanwhile, big-box retailers and supermarkets may utilize Searchlight to keep track of all of their curbside deliveries, investigate any complaints, and identify trends that can help them improve service.
With the March Networks CommandTM Mobile Plus software, retailers can now access Searchlight data on their smartphone or tablet with ease. Retailers may use the app to monitor POS transaction data alongside surveillance footage, investigate security warnings, and look at thumbnail photographs from each of their cameras.
“By offering this innovative cloud-based suite of tools, March Networks is using AI to help solve the problems retailers and QSRs face on a daily basis,” said Net Payne, March Networks Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. “This new curbside solution helps retailers adapt to changing consumer demands and use video to improve the customer experience and gather new insights about a rapidly growing segment of their business.”
